LawnLister is operated by Croft Business Solutions. This page explains what we collect when you use lawnlister.com. Using the site also means you agree to the Terms of Service.

Who this covers
Homeowners who post a yard, and shops who opt in to bid through their MowProHQ account. If you are a customer of a shop you picked, that shop also has its own records after you award a bid.
What we collect
- Homeowner listing: name, email, phone, service address, yard notes, optional photos, and whether you asked for bid alerts by text.
- Shop profile: company name, coverage ZIPs and cities, and (if connected) a Google rating for the public listing.
- Usage: IP address and basic log data to run the site and stop abuse.
How we use it
- Show your yard to matching shops so they can bid
- Email you the private listing link and bid updates
- Text bid alerts only if you checked “Send bids by text.” Reply STOP to opt out. Texts are for that listing, not a marketing list.
- Give your contact to the one shop you pick
- Publish a shop listing for shops that opted in
Shops do not see your name or phone until you pick their bid. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share data only as needed to run LawnLister:
- Matching shops see the yard, address, and notes. Only the winner gets your name and phone.
- Resend delivers listing and bid emails.
- Storage holds optional yard photos you upload.
- MowProHQ is the shop software. A won bid creates a lead and estimate in that shop's account.
How long we keep it
Open listings expire after 72 hours. We keep awarded and expired listings as needed to run the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties. You can email us to ask what we have on a listing you posted.
