Terms of Service

LawnLister lets homeowners request quotes from independent lawn care shops. We do not perform the work, set prices, or employ the companies that bid. The shop you pick is solely responsible for the job.

We do not mow, book a crew, set prices, employ the shops that bid, guarantee bids, or check a shop's license, insurance, or work. Directory listings and Google ratings are information for you to review. They are not an endorsement. You choose the shop.

You must be at least 18 years old. If you post a yard, you must control that property or have permission to request work there. If you bid as a shop, you must have authority to bind that business.

• Post a real yard, with a real name, email, and phone.
• Listings stay open up to 72 hours. You may pick one bid, or none.
• Matching shops see the yard, address, and notes. Only the shop you pick gets your name and phone.
• After you pick a shop, scheduling, payment, cancellations, and the work itself are between you and that shop. LawnLister is not a party to that job.

You keep ownership of photos and notes you upload. You grant Croft Business Solutions a limited license to store, display, and share that content as needed to run LawnLister — including showing it to matching shops and sending listing emails. You represent that the photos and notes are accurate, that you have the right to post them, and that you are not uploading someone else's private spaces without permission.

Posting a yard means we may email you the private listing link, bid updates, and related service messages. If you check “Send bids by text,” you also agree that we may text that number about this listing. Texts are optional, for this listing only, and not a marketing list. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not cancel the listing; we will still email you.

• Bidding needs a MowProHQ Growth plan or an active free trial, plus the ZIPs you opted into. Shop use of LawnLister is also covered by the MowProHQ Terms of Service.
• Bids are real estimates from your shop, not a placeholder price.
• You only get the homeowner's name and phone if they pick you. Do not use the board to harvest contacts you were not awarded.
• Your public listing may show your company name, cities, ZIPs, and Google rating. It does not show a phone number on LawnLister.
• You are an independent business, not our employee or contractor. You set your price, do the work, bill the homeowner, and handle your own licenses, insurance, and taxes.

LawnLister does not charge homeowners to post a yard or pick a bid. We do not process payment for the lawn job, hold funds, or set the shop's price. The shop bills you directly, on their terms. Any MowProHQ software fees a shop pays are separate from the job.

If something goes wrong with the work, the price, a no-show, or damage, that dispute is between the homeowner and the shop. You release Croft Business Solutions and LawnLister from claims arising out of that job, except for a claim that we failed to meet these terms.

Do not use LawnLister to spam, scrape listings, post fake yards, impersonate anyone, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the site. We can close a listing or a shop's access if it is abused or if we need to protect the service.

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that listings, bids, shop profiles, or ratings are complete or correct. To the extent the law allows, Croft Business Solutions is not liable for the quality of work, payment disputes, no-shows, property damage, or any indirect or consequential damages from using LawnLister.

You agree to defend and hold Croft Business Solutions harmless from third-party claims that arise from your listing, your bids, your content, or your use of the site in violation of these terms.

You can stop using LawnLister at any time. Homeowners can leave a listing unawarded until it expires. Shops can turn off coverage in MowProHQ. We may suspend access if these terms are broken. Sections that should survive — including content licenses, dispute release, liability, and governing law — still apply.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Keep using the site after an update and you accept the new terms. If you do not, stop using LawnLister.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a law that cannot be waived says otherwise.
